Business Intelligence Visualization and Reporting Analyst (PBI)JOB SUMMARYThis position will develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple departments within the Global Finance function while delivering high quality BI Analytical solutions to our internal customers. This role requires both tight team collaboration and the ability to work on project components independently. Responsible for providing high-level, as well as detailed, quantitative, and qualitative analytical support to the finance organization, leveraging the various financial system applications and data sets. In the role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functionality of our reporting and analysis tools. This role is responsible for the data modeling, visualization and analytics of the Power BI reports maintained by the Financial Systems Team. This role will proactively support critical business strategies by overseeing the maintenance and enhancements of key dashboards, reports and analysis based primarily in PowerBI along with other reporting and analytics tools..ESSENTIAL DUTIESManage data integrations into

Power BI Desktop system

from SAP, BW, Workday Adaptive, OneStream, EveryAngle, Azure DataLake and other source systems as appropriate, serve as a primary point of contact for business and IT teams.Implement data visualizations, dashboarding, and reporting solutions that will drive meaningful insights and business decisions for customers in partnership with key Finance stakeholders.Monitor deployment of additional reporting and analysis systems/tools functionality/upgrades release, completing and coordinating testing and communication to key stakeholdersPlan, review, and revise configurations and customizations to meet evolving business and operational needsDevelop, document, and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardized end user processes for dashboards, reporting and analysisDocument and roll out training on reporting and dashboards to customer baseMaintain user permissions and role access, ensuring alignment across dashboards, tools and systems.Support, Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reportingAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configurationManage design and support of new data visualizations and reportsWork closely with internal customers to define key metrics and performance indicatorsDevelop, maintain and enforce "branding" and "look/feel" of dashboards and reports to ensure consistency.Analyzes problems and implements solutions to ensure accuracy of the financial information reflected in dashboards, reports and analysis.Troubleshoot intermittent data and/or break/fix issues.Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, authorization rules and user manualsAct as back-up across our key financial systems tasks to ensure business continuity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years' experience with developing enterprise reporting and analytics2+ years' experience creating reports, dashboards and analytics with Microsoft Power Bi .Experience with modern cloud based Planning & Consolidation Systems (such as Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, etc.)Experiences data integrating tools such as SQL, system API's, etc.Excellent data analysis skills, using Microsoft ToolsDAX and M-Code experienceExpertise in using different Power BI functionalities and Power BI DAX queries

Dashboard development with a keen eye for consistent design and data organizationAbility to train and communicate to customers and internal users on reports and dashboard product offeringsExperience working in an international organization with multiple currencies preferredDirect experience SAP/ERP system with exposure to master data maintenanceDirect experience in data testing and validation of systems and processesExperience custom visualization tools such as Python
