Position Summary

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the marketing department's campaigns by coordinating with various parties, vendors and cross-team collaboration. The Marketing Coordinator will work on the Brand Marketing team to assist with marketing strategies that capitalize on growth opportunities and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive success of Advance America and Purpose Money. Spanish language marketing efforts are increasing - so the company is seeking a bilingual, self-starter that enjoys a variety of hands-on marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility

Assist with plan and execution of campaigns, new products, and feature launches.Manage print production process including artwork updates, field coordination, quotes, partner relationship, fulfillment and billing.Keep promotional material up to date by coordinating requirements with creative services, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.Maintain planograms of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.Maintain marketing database for location specific information.Obtain compliance and/or legal approvals of marketing materials.Update website content through Content Management System.Participate in QA of site updates for accuracy.Capture requirements of local marketing initiatives, review/write briefs, and manage workflow.Coordinate brand reputation efforts through reputation management company.Job Responsibilities Cont.

Review customer reviews and communicate areas of concern, opportunities, and success stories.Assist with coordination of marketing campaigns.Develop philanthropic relationships to enhance brand and employee engagement.Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.Plan for conferences, events and meetings as needed.Process invoices and monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Explore opportunities to add value to marketing team.Collaborate with key partners and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency/guidelines are met throughout communications, initiatives, campaigns, etc.Education Required

A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or Related field.

Experience Required

1 - 3 years of experience in marketing.Prior experience in managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with vendors and inter-departmental coordination.Strong project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills backed with prior experience.Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.Knowledge Required

Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.

Physical Requirements
