shaping our marketing to the vast network of organizations and partners PMI engages with, including chapters, corporations, governments, academic institutions, and training partners, through world-class brand, growth, and performance marketing. You will work closely with our senior leadership to strengthen our positioning, messaging, and engagement with our invested audiences in these areas, by developing a deep understanding of the needs of our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans with a focus on enablement/franchise marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), driving stronger in-market engagement, and growing our reseller and channel efforts.You will be part of the Global Marketing leadership team and report to the Vice President, Marketing.Essential Duties of the role include but are not limited to:Work closely with our Markets, Channel and Enterprise Products teams to ensure a marketing strategy in support of our larger business strategy and offer. Set-up the processes and rituals to ensure everyone is aligned, and marketing has a voice in product and offer development/delivery

Define and execute a clear enterprise marketing strategy building from the larger brand platform and rooted in the needs of the organizations PMI serves.Oversee global campaign planning and activation for marketing efforts focused on building awareness with the enterprise audience including guidance and direction for activating new assets across marketing channels globally and regionally.Design and implement ABM campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion within target accounts.Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts and develop personalized marketing programs to support sales goals.Develop high-impact enablement tools to enhance engagement with organizations in target markets, leveraging various marketing channels and tactics.Drive growth of reseller and channel partner programs through targeted marketing initiativesCreate the enablement tools to support the chapter's on-brand outreach, recruiting, and engagement efforts

What you will bring to the role:BA in communication, public relations, marketing, advertising, or related field.Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise accounts and ABM

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics365, Frontify).10+ years of marketing experience and 5+ leading B2B marketing at scale3+ years of managing Brand or Integrated Marketing and Growth Marketing channels, especially lifecycle marketing.10+ years of experience leading and building high-performing marketing teams. Must have stories of improving engagement, developing team, and building culture.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and proven experience thriving and succeeding in a fast-paced high growth environment

Demonstrated leadership and team development skills in a virtual-first global workforce.Knowledge of brand consistency and chapter support strategies.Familiarity with internal communication and employee advocacy initiatives.Executive presence with the ability to command respect and gain credibility through the exercise of sound business judgment, clear decision-making, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to clearly understand and empathize with diverse points of view, develop trusting relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels, and effectively use influencing skills to collaborate and gain alignment.Ability to travel 25% of the time- must be able to travel globally
