Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of all marketing and advertising campaigns, working closely with our marketing vendors to ensure all campaigns are optimized and perform well. This individual will work with the management team to plan budgets and marketing strategies and gather feedback on campaign performances. The Marketing Coordinator will also work directly with the District Managers and Store Managers to ensure the smooth implementation of new and existing marketing/advertising efforts. The focus of this individual is to increase car count across all locations through a well-rounded and diverse marketing strategy.

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage our marketing vendor accounts and work closely with their representatives to ensure all campaigns are optimized and deliver expected results. Prefer experience with Google Paid Search/Performance Max, Display Ads, Facebook/Instagram Advertising, LocalOne SEO, Listings Management, and Creatives- display and social ads, ad copy (limited). Prior experience with Epicor CRM, Carfax, or AutoFlow would be helpful.Set overall marketing strategies and work with management to determine marketing budget allocations based on the thorough analysis of marketing data collected in multiple platforms.Monitor all company social and review platform accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp, BBB, Carfax, and others. Assist store and district managers in responding to negative feedback and helping resolve customer complaints. Experience with Listen360 preferred.Create and post social media content and regularly update our website blog.Manage company e-mail marketing content and platform.Design and order company marketing materials and promotional items, including, but not limited to, fliers, business cards, apparel, building signage, billboards, logo variations and usage, etc.Maintain website functionality, appearance, and SEO. Work with our web developers to make changes to the website or develop a new site as needed. Experience with Net-Craft.com or Luby would be beneficial.Manage local advertising opportunities and community outreach/sponsorship programs. Experience with golf course marketing, local publications, media commercials, and grocery store advertising, sports leagues, BBB Torch Award program, LGBTQ.One program, or Maricopa County FOP #5 would be preferred.Understand the customer journey and implement strategies to improve customer experience. Manage coupons, barcodes, promotional materials, secret shopper programs.Monitor car count, average ticket, and other KPIs to make correlations with different marketing efforts.Report campaign strategies and performances to the management team in the weekly meetings.Field questions from employees regarding the implementation and/or execution of advertising programs.Stay up to date on industry trends and new advertising opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Marketing Coordinator must have a general understanding of all forms of marketing - traditional and digital. Must understand how all forms work together and be able to analyze performance metrics to help make data-driven marketing decisions. This individual must have a thorough understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics. Must have working knowledge of digital design platforms such as Photoshop, InDesign, or any other platform for designing marketing materials in multiple file types. Must be able to communicate well and be willing to work in a team environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, and/or another related field.
