Summary

We are in search of a Marketing Product Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive the success of our products for two of the leading home services brands in the Atlanta and Sarasota, Florida markets. This will include all product marketing efforts, managing go-to-market strategies for existing product, new product development, managing vendor relationships, being the voice of the customer, tracking industry trends, following closely the competition, and ensuring brand consistency across all our product portfolio in the US market.

Essential Functions

Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market opportunities, trends, and challenges.Develop product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies to communicate the value proposition to target audiences effectively.Work closely with the sales and other cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.Optimize customer lifetime value through subscription offerings.Product Launch and Go-to-Market Execution

Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, including product positioning, pricing, and marketing channel strategy.Develop pricing models, retention strategies, and upsell opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts.Collaborate in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, events, etc.) to generate awareness and demand for new products.Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand pain points, preferences, and trends in the home services industry.Performance Tracking and Optimization

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and product initiatives.Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to identify areas for optimization and improvement and iterate on marketing strategies accordingly.Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing results and insights to key stakeholders.Develop monthly recap reports to showcase marketing accomplishments across our brands.Project Management

Assist in content creation for team member and customer initiatives, collateral, social media, and promotions.Drive innovative enhancements to current marketing communication methods.Work closely with sales, customer support, and operations teams.Align everyone around product goals and ensure seamless execution.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years in product management, with a focus on launching and scaling innovative products. Subscription business experience preferred.Familiarity with home services, HVAC, smart home technology, or related fields preferred.Experience managing vendor and agency relationships, including budget management and campaign oversight.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.
