Summary:Client is looking for a talented Kids & Baby Print and Graphic Design freelancer to join our Private Brand Softline's Design team for a three to six month contract. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver elevated and on brand artworks in a fast-paced environment. This position requires advance textile design skills, CAD software expertise, and ability to assort artwork into collections and packs and acute attention to detail. We are looking for someone very organize with great communication skills who can manage multiple projects for a wide range of product categories.

Responsibilities:

Designing and assorting print and graphics for Kids and Baby clothing collectionsCreating clean, color separated and in repeat patterns within defined product and material technical restrictionsCreate colorways using define color palettePartnering with the Design team to prepare Leadership presentation (sketch filling, linesheet support..)

Qualifications:

5+ years minimum experience in Print & Graphic DesignBA/BS in Design or equivalentExcellent Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skillsExcellent attention to detailElevated design aesthetic with a deep understanding of color harmonyStrong illustration skillsStrong communication skillsStrong understanding on Materials and Printing techniquesSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyStrong knowledge of Miro a plusRetail web experience a plus

Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
