Marketing Manager - Consumer Hearing Business, US OTC

Lead development, execution, and optimization of OTC Hearing Aid acceleration plan. This role will lead a cross-functional, OTC Hearing-focused team in the development and execution of the critical acceleration of the Sonova OTC Hearing Aid business. Own all aspects of US-consumer facing media and content delivery for CHB business across categories through collaboration with critical global and regional content partners.

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and refine holistic go to market strategy for US OTC Hearing Aid business en route to US acceleration targets including:

Creative and Media Planning agency management in collaboration with performance marketing managerEstablishment and reporting of KPI's across marketing, sales, customer serviceCreation of channel-specific marketing plans and trade narratives en route to continued distribution expansion and annual planning meetings.Ongoing competitive analysis and monitoring coupled with tangible recommended actionsOwnership over key OTC hearing aid trade events (e.g. trade shows, press events)In conjunction with global digital media partner(s), lead all aspects of regional media planning including annual strategy, contentThis role will be "the face" of OTC Hearing within the US market.

In conjunction with global digital media partners, own deliver of all consumer-facing content for US Consumer Hearing Business.This will be a hybrid role. Expectation is to be in Aurora office at least two days per week.More about you:

Bachelors Degree, MBA (or equivalent experience5+ years in consumer marketing/brand management role FMCG, CPG, or Consumer ElectronicsExperience in retail environment; comfort with POS databases and leveraging data (e.g. Circana, Nielsen) to inform decision-makingExperience building clear go-to-market strategies for new product launch(es)Experience in globally matrixed organization, preferably with both global and regional marketing experienceExperience building, refining, optimizing brand media strategiesTeam orientationStrong collaborative natureComfort in fast-changing environmentManagerial CourageCreative Problem SolvingAnalytical ThinkingStrong results orientationComfort with ambiguityExceedingly high collaboration and relationship building (e.g. global, cross-functional)Executive presence and presentation skillsA minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $128k -138k . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible. *(based on location and experience)
