Job Description

A Fortune 100 company is seeking a

Junior Marketing Coordinator ! The consultant will be responsible for successfully executing campaigns (from initial submission to final approval) across website channels in Card Services. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with other Marketing Channel Analysts & Managers, Creative Governance, Brand Teams, Legal and Compliance to define campaigns. Analysts will then work with cross functional teams to build and launch campaigns into production.

12-month contract with potential to extend based on budget and performance

Hybrid 3 days in Lower Manhattan

Key Responsibilities:Manage end to end "execution" of Marketing campaigns (from submission to final approval) to launch marketing campaigns with flawless accuracy and on time, and deliver against the Marketing and Financial goalsPartner closely with Prospect Marketing Channel Marketing Analysts and Managers to understand overall Marketing & Channel strategies and capabilities, and the strategic rationale and aspirations for specific Marketing campaignsUnderstand and know how to apply client Marketing guidelines and standardsUnderstand and apply all feedback from Marketing campaign review partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance); partner with Marketing Channel Analysts & Managers and Execution subject matter experts to align and resolve feedback to launch compliant campaigns that deliver against strategic objectivesTake responsibility, in partnership with fellow Marketing Operations Analysts for acquiring and sharing best practices to make campaign "execution" (preparation, submission, and compliant delivery) more effectiveFocus on learning and applying new relevant tools and processes as they are rolled outQualifications

Requirements:

1+ year(s) of experience executing marketing campaigns in one of more of the following channels: website, ecommerce, email, SMS, or print.Naturally detail oriented; a passion for delivering high quality, consistentlySkilled at (and enjoys!) project and process managementAbility to liaise with marketing, legal and compliance partners to ensure marketing campaigns meet legal and regulatory standards while delivering against business goalsDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage flawlessly to timelines and milestonesNatural curiosity to seek out best practices and learn new approaches & tools to improve efficiencyStrong communication skillsProfessional, polished, and patient under pressureExperience working within highly regulated, compliance-oriented environmentsExperience with Marketing / Agency partnersBachelor's Degree

Additional Information

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The starting pay range for this role is $28 - $34 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
