Graphic DesignDesign, develop and execute a variety of digital and printed collateral for both our national marketing and Direct-to-Consumer teams, inclusive of mechanical production where needed. Example deliverables could include:Thematic sales/marketing program activation materialsPrint and digital display adsTasting room & wine club promotional materialsBranded sales & marketing materials (sales sheets, etc.)Other ad hoc design needsPackagingManage and execute packaging updates, including basic design changes, vintage and copy updates,Responsible for creation of both renderings and mechanical filesFor some projects, may require management of outside packaging design agenciesResponsible for submitting labels to Compliance for TTB submission and track approval process to completionDepending on experience, full packaging redesigns and/or original packaging concepting as a part of new brand and product development could be in scopeBrand Identity and Branding StrategyCollaborate with Brand Marketing team in the development and refinement of visual identities for each brandCreate branding standards, brand styling and visual identity definition, and documentation of each through brand ID and style guidesContent Creation & ManagementCreate or source compelling, on-brand, channel appropriate digital content and visual media to support brand storytelling across digital touchpoints, including social media, brand websites, advertising, and emailManage all brand content creation, collection, and cataloging, ensuring it can be accessed with easeDeploy content to internal and external stakeholders as neededDesign and deploy digital trade marketing content to support sales effortsLead outsourced photography and videography efforts, including the development of shot lists, briefing and overseeing outside photographers/videographersDepending on experience, conducting basic in-house photography and digital photo retouching may also be in scopeOtherProvide presentation and visual communication styling assistance so as to deliver captivating, visually appealing professional presentationsPerform additional creative and design duties, as neededPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Qualifications & Experience:5+ years professional graphic design experienceAssociates degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Arts, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferredDesign experience in the Wine or other Beverage Alcohol sector is a mustExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, and confidence in learning new programsPhotography and photo retouching experience a plusCopywriting and creative copy development (i.e., taglines, slogans, brand naming) a plusDesign experience with luxury brands and products a plusCollaborative attitude and style with an interest in working closely with marketingStrong results orientation and project management skillsCommitment to the highest standards of integrityConfidence to take initiative and make decisions proactivelyAble to work well under pressure both autonomously as well as part of a teamMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment where short deadlines are commonPhysical/Mental Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:Flexible and conscientious.Desire to learn aspects of business.Positive, “can do” attitude.Liaison with TWI marketing, DTC marketing and TWI salesTravel by car or air.Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, length of service, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
