Labscoop is seeking for an experienced growth marketing lead with immaculate attention to detail. You will help establish and define marketing campaigns based on a persona, design, and market segments. You will drive engagement that leads to product sales, subscriptions, and application adoption. You have a proven history of analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity, executing experiments in highly cross-functional environments, and an ownership mentality.You will be working closely with sales, support and, management teams. In order to succeed in this position, you must have a collaborative spirit, be detail oriented, and have a deep understanding of the marketing technology and tools being employed as well as the creativity to execute effective campaigns that maximize results. You are a master project manager and will create and execute schedules and campaigns based on company priorities. You will analyze data and persona information to continuously improve strategies.Responsibilities

● Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns● Drive customer acquisition and product sales through outbound marketing activities● Manage email marketing sends and contact database● Manage social media and content marketing campaigns● Setup tracking to measure campaign performance● Understand the target customer and work with marketing and sales teams to hit relevant customer pain points and deliver business value● Streamline campaign execution processes● Analyze campaign data to ensure continuous improvements and iterationsPreferred Qualifications & Skills

● 2+ years of experience in inbound and outbound growth marketing and demand generation including email, social media, search and content.● Experience with data analytics pertaining to campaign performance, campaign automation, and campaign optimization.● Curiosity and need to understand the “why” with a knack for problem-solving● Solid understanding of Marketing Tech, especially Adwords and Hubspot or equivalentQualities● Beginner’s mindset, coachable, strong work ethic● Outstanding written, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills● Team player that people enjoy working with● Collaborative, persistent, innovative and self-directed● Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills● Self-starter and quick learner who can work independently and follow direction● Love for the sciencesBenefits
