.The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the production team, from pre- through post-production, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows and project delivery of both video and still photography projects. This role supports the production team as needed, which includes, but is not limited to, organizing and maintaining the production office and facilitating production schedules and logistics. The Production Coordinator is a self-starter, highly organized, and great at communicating with immediate team members, cross-departmentally, and with independent contractors. The Production Coordinator is comfortable working closely and collaboratively with a small team of producers on projects ranging from small-scale top-down studio shoots, to large-scale commercial productions.In this role you will:- Manage and maintain the production office.- Coordinate production logistics, including scheduling, transportation, locations, catering, billing, etc.- Issue and organize production paperwork, including call sheets, COIs, contractor agreements, invoices, and production expenses.- Coordinate with the finance department as needed.- Successfully source, contract, and manage freelance production crew as needed.- Act as point of contact for talent and crew, supervising production assistants as needed.- Coordinate and track production workflow and communications between marketing department and production team.- Track production timelines and communicate barriers and issues while helping to resolve them.- Administrative tasks such as managing Monday.com and Ziflow for project notes.- Communicate and collaborate cross-departmentally as needed.- Identify and communicate workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions.- Other, as determined by production needs and leadership.Experience

Qualifications:3+ years experience handling production requests and logistics.Highly skilled in time-management, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and organization.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to multitask and adapt based on production needs.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Familiarity with production equipment and accessories.Familiarity with post-production/editorial systems and finishing processes.Must be flexible to work remotely and in office or on location as needed.BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Hot Budget and Google Suite.Pay and Benefits:The estimated annual pay for this role is $68,000 - $74,000. This pay is an estimate and the exact compensation may vary depending on an applicant's location, skills, prior experience, professional qualifications, and other relevant factors.
