NYC, 2-3 days per week onsite**NO 3rd Parties OR sponsorship!Role Description:In this role, you will be the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Deployment Manager responsible for building customer journeys with Journey Builder as well as working with Content Builder and creating new data segments based on the customer's interactions. SFMC is already implemented so we are not looking for someone to implement it, but it would be ideal to have someone with solution architecture experience who can make improvements as needed but will consider someone who is only a heavy user of it.The SFMC Deployment Manager will focus primarily on campaign deployment scheduling via ad-hoc and simple journey sends.The design and development of email campaigns are handled through a third-party agency so this role will be responsible for managing the asset delivery process as well as maintain communications regarding any discrepancies or change requests from internal team stakeholders.Requirements:- Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience building customer journeys using Journey Builder, using Content Manager, creating and modifying data segments based on interactions.Would prefer someone with a hybrid of deployment and solution architecture experience, but will consider either profile.Must be willing to come into the office 2 days per week in NYC (not necessarily full days but for meetings, luncheons, etc.)Must have experience translating business requirements into campaign deployment solutionsMust have strong Journey Builder development, goal setting, testing, and trackingMust have Automation development (moderate SQL knowledge required)Must have experience with Audience Studio and Contact BuilderExperience with Quality Assurance of all email campaigns (desktop/mobile, links, audience, etc.)Experience with email deployment (User-Initiated, Triggered, Journey, API)Experience with A/B testingFamiliarity with PM methodologies (Agile Scrum & Kanban, Waterfall)Overall knowledge of email best practicesMinor HTML/CSS developmentFamiliarity with Content BuilderSQL querying for on-the-fly audience countsTroubleshooting/Problem solvingNice to have:Experience with CDP implementation (Treasure Data preferred)Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferredUnderstanding of Einstein behavioral functionality
