Each year, our Foundation, employees and financial representatives donate time, talent and financial support to causes they're passionate about.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Assist the Senior Director in developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance our brand's visibility, awareness, and market share.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, PR, Creative, Product, and Sales, to ensure brand messaging is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our business goals.Contribute to the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.Help manage the development of creative marketing assets, such as advertisements, videos, social media content, and website materials, ensuring they are on-brand and resonate with target audiences.Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand differentiation.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Assist in managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support the execution of marketing initiatives effectively.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, including internal communications, events, partnerships, and sponsorships.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in brand marketing, sharing knowledge and proposing innovative ideas to drive brand growth.Support the Senior Director in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, with a focus on developing and executing marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of brand marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and software to track campaign performance and derive insights.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling brand messages.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Experience in Financial Services is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.Benefits:Great pay package, 401K, Company sponsored retirement plan, Educational assistance, Performance based incentive pay, Medical, dental and vision insurance, Parental leave, Caregiver time off….and more#LI-RemoteCompensation Range:Pay Range - Start:$100,030.00

Pay Range - End:$185,770.00
