CloudLex enables trial and civil litigation attorneys to build, manage, and grow their legal practice through its comprehensive suite of visionary applications.As Marketing Coordinator, you are going to become part of an exclusive team that is proud and passionate about the value it is creating by revolutionizing the legal industry. Your focus will be creating, managing, and delivering engaging marketing content across various channels and supporting marketing initiatives to drive MQLs and increase brand awareness.In this role, you will conduct research on key marketing trends and target audiences, create and manage engaging content, and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns with creativity and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.Individuals who are successful in this role possess an innate passion for learning about how different aspects of marketing interact and have a genuine interest in collaborative projects. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is located in the greater Santa Barbara area. It is a hybrid role, with some days on-site at a co-working space near downtown Santa Barbara. Flexible hours and schedules are offered throughout the week.ResponsibilitiesThis is an entry level role within the organization that is great for someone who is looking to gain experience and exposure to a number of different marketing activities and projects.. You will have an agile work environment, tackling multiple projects throughout the day.Collaborate on Campaigns:

Work with the marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.Content Creation:

Help create compelling content for our website, blog, social media, webinars, and newsletters, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience. This includes assisting in the planning, recording, and promotion of our podcasts, as well as supporting the creation of marketing and promotional videos and more.Social Media:

Create, curate, and own our social media channels and campaigns. Write and edit posts, schedule and manage our different social media channels.Engage with followers and grow our channels.Event Coordination:

Help organize and promote virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops that highlight our expertise in personal injury law and attract potential clients.Support Marketing Initiatives:

Work closely with the VP of Marketing on various tasks such as Partnerships and other ad-hoc projects.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of MS Excel and MS WordKnowledge of social media platformsSelf-starter with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong ownership, result oriented, and willingness to overcome obstacles and challengesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneouslyExcellent organization skills, attention to detail, customer focus, and highly data-driven are mustsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPersonal experience or knowledge of the civil litigation processExperience working at a law firm or at a SaaS companyExperience in managing social media channelsCloudLex is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
