As the Multimedia Marketing Artist, you will help conceptualize, design, produce, film, edit, and distribute high-quality video and audio productions using creative digital multimedia platforms. This role requires videography, broadcast, and any other digital media expertise to create compelling external and internal marketing content through the production of videos, live streaming broadcasts, motion graphics, animations, Podcasts, and other forms of multimedia.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Multimedia Marketing department in creating video and audio productions from ideation to execution to distribution, including but not limited to, digital content for client stories, internal initiatives, external creative videos as tied to marketing campaigns, live streaming productions, , and other firm-wide multimedia projects.• Create or refine video/audio and graphic elements for content using Adobe creative suite and similar editing platforms.• Act as videographer for video shoots.• Prepare and operate equipment and gear for video shoots (cameras, lighting, audio, and broadcast equipment, including digital/studio cameras, lavalier microphones, video switchers, etc.).• Collaborate with the Marketing team, Project Leads, and Subject Matter Experts to execute a creative vision.• Produce and direct audio projects (Podcasts, voice-overs, and other forms of audio content).• Prepare media files to be shared and distributed across multiple digital platforms.• Manage and organize media assets and files using video hosting platforms and Digital Asset Management systems• Work with Operations lead to facilitate the preparation and distribution of briefs and project plans to effectively communicate project expectations to team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that all deliverables deliver on time and on budget.• Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables, collaborating closely with members of Marketing and Communications team as well as client stakeholders to facilitate the creation of multimedia content.

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in professional video and multimedia production.• High attention to detail and a good eye for design & layout and interaction.• Expertise with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, video, Mirrorless & DSLR cameras.• Working knowledge of graphic animation and typography. Illustration skills are a plus.• Highly experienced with video production, video switchers, studio or live broadcast, creative development, compositing, messaging, digital media, and industry standards.• High level of expertise with video editing and composition.• Excels in a collaborative team environment.• Thrives while working on multiple projects simultaneously.• Works well within a deadline-driven department.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn).
