Digital Marketing Strategist

to join our team. We operate in a highly-collaborative, hybrid environment - embracing remote work where it makes sense for individuals and teams while providing unparalleled in-office experiences. Welcomemat is made up of several teams all working together to fulfill our core focus - to help others succeed.

This is a remote role and can be located anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships.

Coordinate marketing campaign requirements with internal and external partners.

Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate closely with the sales team.

Influence corporate retention strategies.

Maintain transparent and prompt communication with clients.

Enhance the performance of digital and traditional campaigns.

Identify and align client needs and goals.

Present progress reports to management.

Represent the company and brand at external events when necessary.

Participate in internal meetings to discuss client progress and development.

Develop and manage outreach plans for clients in the region.

Provide general business and administrative support.

Adhere to Welcomemat's client success plan.

Stay abreast of new product developments and effectively communicate them to existing clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Upbeat, outgoing, high-energy, and positive can-do attitude.

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, sales, or client services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good understanding of digital marketing and the marketing ecosystem

Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.

Proficient in over-communicating to ensure clarity.

Strong computer proficiency.

Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated networking and relationship-building prowess.

Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Fluent in digital advertising trends and principles.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Team-oriented with a structured and highly organized approach.

Effective at establishing and prioritizing tasks.

Ability to thrive under pressure.

Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

Proficient in client turnaround and conflict resolution.
