The Assistant Manager role is a full-time position. Our studio is open 7 days a week; this position is scheduled for a combination of day, night and weekend shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts.Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members.Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls and customer care calls.Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory brand.Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, monthly sales and performance goals.Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.Qualifications:
Passion for health and fitness.1-2 years of sales experience.A big smile and a great attitude.Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.Growth-minded and open to learning.Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.Reliable transportation; your own vehicle.Pay and Benefits:
