Description
SUMMARY
Costco Auto Program is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer with experience in digital, POP and print advertising. This position requires strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work under tight deadlines in the development of campaigns and collateral. You will be part of a Marketing team which includes Copywriters, Web designers, email marketers and Project managers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for designing ads that are related to the Costco Auto Buying programDesign attractive and effective marketing materials for print and digital mediaPresents designs and concepts that accurately address marketing objectives.Works closely Project Managers to keep all projects on schedule.Consults with cross functional teams to find solutions within branding guidelinesWill work on multiple projects concurrently; all requiring tight deadlinesConducts ongoing research on current trends and best practices in design and marketingParticipates in group creative reviews and provides constructive feedback when needed.Lead and maintain graphics standards and brand integrity.Manages individual design projects from inception to completion in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedRequirements
BS/BBA degree in Marketing or a related field and/ or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projectsProven graphic designing experience (5+ years)A strong, proven portfolio of digital and print workKnowledge of design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and HTML/CSS a plus)Excellent attention to detailA keen eye for aestheticsFlexibility and able to adapt to changing schedules and multiple points of view.Manage time wisely to ensure project timelines are effectively met.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Able to interact with all levels of management and vendors in a professional mannerHands on, energetic and a motivated self-starterAbility to work both independently and as a part of teamExperience working on a PC platform.Experience working in the Automotive field is a plus
