We are currently adding a Marketing Coordinator to our fast-paced, collaborative team in Sacramento. As a vital representative of our company brand, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and carrying out all marketing and advertising activities of Edges Electrical Group to our customers and sales staff including monthly mailers, counter day promotions, in-house training, understanding and management of the many vendor promotional/rebate programs, and administration of the company intranet and social media accounts. The Marketing Coordinator creates and maintains a courteous and professional relationship with our customers and vendors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing department Budget management weekly reportingDesign and manage social media activities to grow Edges social following across multiple platforms.Track and report activities tied to Vendor of the Month (VOM) including: Track and report activities tied to VOM, Joint calls, training class set up/tear down and participation, tracking sales incentive payouts.Oversee ordering and disbursement of Edges Logo gear / swag.Research and obtain pricing for items purchased, manage distribution of items, submit claims for payment from featured suppliers.Company intranet: write and post content to all employees keeping everyone up to date with new products, current activities, and upcoming events.Support marketing and recruitment in managing social media sites including posting events, new hires and promotions, as well as relevant content to boost traffic to our website and promote our company branding.Produce videos and photography to support recruiting and marketing efforts.Create flyers and other marketing materials as needed using Adobe Creative Suite.

Education & Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year experience in marketing and promotional activities.

Skills:

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must computer literate, have working experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and 10-key. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite,

including Photoshop and Illustrator.
