CNC Agency, a full-service marketing agency, offers experiential and retail programming, mobile tours, live events, branded merchandise, partnerships, content, PR and more. We're looking for an experienced, senior Art Director to join our core team in a Full Time capacity. We're looking for a self-starter who likes to innovate and be at the epicenter of culture and relevancy. Someone who has deep experience both ideating concepts and bringing them to life, working with designers, fabricators, clients and more to execute the vision.

This is an exciting opportunity to create for some of the biggest brands in the world- from ideation through execution. We specialize in retail and mobile activations, influencer seeding and virtual experiences. This position is part time to start with the opportunity to turn this into a full time position.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ideate and develop innovative experiential solutions for meeting client goalsCollaborate with the team to assess strategy and design for the client's brand experienceResearch materials, technology, venues, décor, and all other elements related to an activationCollaborate with graphic designers, 3D artists, and fabricators to help bring to life ideasCoordinate with vendors and account teams to complete the job in a timely and cost-effective mannerLead a process of planning, production, and design (including conception, proposal creation, idea visualization, budget planning, vendor selection, production, vendor oversight, installation as needed)Collaborate with a team of creative designers & producers, and fabricators to bring programs to lifeOversee installations on site as needed, ability to travel for projectsQualifications

3-5 years professional experienceStrong and rapid visual communication skills (whether hand sketching, mock-ups, 2D renders)Advanced use of Adobe creative suite and presentation software including Google Slides and KeynoteHigh level presentation skills - coming up with creative concepts, building presentations and pitchingInnate desire and ability to always be ahead of the curve and aware of the next big thingStrong, ego-less leadership skills
