Creative Services Coordinator
ORGANIZATION:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Work closely with marketing professionals across the firm on design projects Collaborate with the firm’s content team to develop new digital strategies Provide creative support across all firm offices on various design projects (advertisements, invitations, infographics, etc.) Coordinate the creation and expansion of image asset libraries Advise internal clients and other departments on the application of brand guidelines Develop templates and new brand asset styles Design and present concepts for digital and marketing materials Seek out new tools, processes and design best practices Assisting with special projects and events Developing and fostering relationships among all service areas of the Firm Performing other administrative tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required 2+ years of experience working as a graphic designer in a corporate environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of HTML Able to multitask, detail-oriented, service-oriented thinker who works well in a team setting Able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional composure in all circumstances Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality Willingness to learn and demonstrates a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for visitors and clients
