Job Summary:
s a Graphic Designer III specializing in UI/UX for the web, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience and visual identity of online platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design solutions for web-based user interfaces.Create high-quality key art, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma.Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and platform-specific standards while incorporating best practices in UX/UI design.Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, engineers, and other team members.Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and research insights.Work on projects using JIRA for efficient project management and collaboration.Produce design documentation and collaborate with the engineering team to implement designs accurately.Present design concepts and completed work to leadership and peers, incorporating feedback to refine designs.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design or related field.5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a corporate environment or design firm with e-commerce expertise.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe XD, Figma, and other design tools.Familiarity with front-end languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive web design principles.Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with usability testing, WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines, and atomic design methodologies.bility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously to meet tight deadlines.Passion for transactional web design and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.Experience with video and motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder) is a plus.Familiarity with Google Material design patterns and AI-driven design processes is desirable.
