We are seeking a Marketing Manager in a newly created role to lead growth and development of our strategic Food & Beverage segment by leveraging innovation best practices. The Food & Beverage segment leader will monitor market trends and drivers, understand competitiveness in the segment and identify new growth opportunities while driving innovative products to market that delight our customers. Open to the candidate working virtually or major MCC office locations in EU.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive short term, annual, multi-year business strategies to achieve MCC sales and profit targetsEstablish and align team to KPIs for Food & Beverage innovation performance and lead assessment of current offerings against key customer requirements and competitionAct as the Project Success Leader to drive key innovation projects to launch and accelerate commercialization while engaging with internal and external partnersIdentify and capture customer problems and consumer insights to develop a feedback-driven short- and long-term technology roadmap that feeds a multi-year innovation pipelineCollaborate closely with product development to fill the portfolio with promising conceptsConduct qualifying and quantifying screenings to value and prioritize concepts in the pipelineDevelop marketing strategies, value propositions, and program recommendations for existing portfolio of products that help customers achieve their goals and accelerate growthKeep current on food industry intelligence including market incidents, changes to Food Safety legislation, significant new technology and analytical advancesPartner with Sales to drive differentiated programs that lead to new business gains, growth in existing accounts and retention of top accountsDrive results through knowledge-based relationships collaborating with Sales, R&D, product development and product line managementParticipate in customer interactions that contribute to business insights and resultsBasic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree3+ years of professional/marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications

MBA in MarketingDemonstrated leadership skills - setting strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, team-building, overseeing multiple project elements and proven record of resultsExperience leading a market segment in a Business-to-Business (B2B) service modelProficiency in creating, driving, and managing projects/programs in a global organizationAbility to develop and present strategies to sales teams and management to gain alignmentFood Safety industry experience, Food & Beverage manufacturing knowledge and/ or experience with corporate or plant level decision makersTeam player able to build relationships with colleagues and business partners across the companyAbility to timely and efficiently manage a large volume of projects and transactionsDiversity & InclusionAt MCC, we believe what makes us unique, makes us better.
