A bit about us:

My client is a cloud-based technology company that is helping low-income families gain affordable housing across the US. As the HCV Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the story of our products in the market, from launch through growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of our products in the market, creating compelling messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and market share. You will be a subject-matter expert to represent our solutions to the market as well as assimilate and anticipate market needs.

The ideal candidate is someone with deep experience working with Housing Authorities, Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV), and solution providers.

The company is based in Atlanta, GA with an opportunity to be 100% remote.

Job Details

Responsibilities:Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience. Highlight key value propositions and differentiators.Develop partnering with Marketing, including whitepapers, case studies, web content, and blog posts; ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights. Use data and customer feedback to inform product marketing strategies.Be a subject-matter expert in affordable housing programs.Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.Identify and leverage customer success stories, testimonials, and references to build trust and credibility in the market.Monitor and analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and positioning. Use insights to refine our product marketing strategies.Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data to make data-driven adjustments and improvements.Work closely with PM's, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and marketing strategies that support company goals.

Requirements:5+ years in consulting, product marketing, product management, or project management in the affordable housing industry.Experience working with or within housing authorities to manage various affordable housing programs.Deep experience with Housing Choice Vouchers and public housing.Experience working with technology solution providers to better their product.Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.Comfortable presenting and interacting with customers/prospects at conferences and customer visits.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
