Responsibilities:Develop and implement paid social media marketing strategies for DTC Agency or similar industry clientsCreate and manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedInMonitor and analyze the performance of paid social campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize resultsCollaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copyStay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media marketingProvide regular reports on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:Fluency in EnglishProven experience in paid social media marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and lead generationAbility to work part-time, 10-15 hours per week on a freelance basisAvailability to work in EST or CET time zonesExperience with remote workStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesFamiliarity with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platformsCandidates from Eastern Europe, South Africa, or similar regions are preferredBenefitsWorking with digitsonly, you’ll receive following incentives
