We are looking for Events & Promotions Associates to ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence.

MORE SPECIFICALLY YOUWILL:

Greet and welcome customers with a smile as a company representative.Ensure each customer interaction results in increased customer confidencePromote and execute customer promotions flawlessly.Staff special events registration areasAssist as needed with Caesars RewardsEffectively and enthusiastically communicate the benefits of the customer loyalty program and provides players with compelling reasons to play at Harrah's.Ensure that promotions/event areas are stocked with necessary supplies, decorations and secures items at conclusion of promotion/event.Ensure collateral material for promotions and events are displayed prior to and recovered at the conclusion of each project.Track inventories and expenses for each assigned projectMaintain record keeping for each project including tracking reports and analysis.An act as a role model and always present oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Licensed and authorized to execute promotions on the gaming floor.QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years or older.Some college preferred.Must be able to deal with guests in a casino environment.Must have previous experience in the hospitality, retail or casino industry.Must be able to get along with co-workers as a team.Must present a well-groomed appearance.Must have excel and Microsoft office knowledge at an above proficient levelPHYSICAL, MENTAL ANDENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino, including in and around Pit areas.Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist and grip items when necessary.Must have the manual dexterity to operate a typewriter, computer, and 10-key adding machine, photocopy machine, fax machine and telephone.Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests' demands in a fast pace environment.Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
