Digital Marketing Communications CoordinatorLocation Trenton, NJJob Code 730Apply Now (be.taleo.net/phh03/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org=NEWJERSH2&cws=40&rid=730)NOTICE OF VACANCYTHE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE NEW JERSEY HOUSING AND MORTGAGE FINANCE AGENCY INVITES APPLICATIONS FROM QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING:Job Title: Digital Marketing Communications CoordinatorSalary Range: PR R11 ( $63,002.55 - $88,663.78)Division: Agency Policy and External AffairsFL Status: ExemptIssue Date: 6/17/24Closing Date: 7/31/24Union Status: Professional Bargaining Unit, ExemptEmployment Status: Full timeJOB DESCRIPTIONUnder general supervision, coordinate the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that support HMFA’s growth initiatives; coordinate all activities related to the development and enhancement of HMFA’s websites, including, but not limited to, njhousing.gov, njhrc.gov, and other program-specific websites; coordinate the Agency’s B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) email and social media marketing campaigns through message composition, list/channel management, and subsequent analytics reporting; adapt program language and collateral into a format appropriate for use on the web; maintain the Agency’s digital photography archive, including image acquisition, color correction, keywording and other associated duties; support Marketing and Communications by proactively researching digital marketing and training solutions; act as liaison between HMFA and the State of New Jersey’s Office of Information Technology (NJ OIT). Perform related duties as required.1. Coordinate the development and enhancement of the HMFA digital marketing and communications channels including but not limited to:a. HMFA and program websitesb. B2B and B2C email and social media campaigns.c. Digital photography archive2. Coordinate the development and implementation of Agency digital marketing strategies to achieve program goals, reporting on progress and identifying areas for expansion and improvement.3. Administer and maintain the Agency’s social media outlets, including but not limited to, LinkedIn and Facebook to protect the agency from any outside interference. Assist in the implementation of the Agency’s social media policy. Divisional liaison to Division Directors to regularly create and schedule content updates4. Research other social media outlets (SnapChat, Twitter, etc.) as potential distribution channnels for the Agency, providing efficacy, ROI and audience analyses and recommendations.5. Create and edit complex organizational messaging and ensure consistency and compliance across print and web promotional materials. Responsibilities include developing new content and adapting existing long-form content for distribution on the web.6. Collaborate with NJ OIT to enhance the Agency’s Website ensuring it is mobile compatible and in compliance with the State of New Jersey’s Website Standards and Guidelines. Report any issues and/or non-compliance to management.7. Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns and online content using marketing analytics tools, report results and make recommendations for improvement. Discuss and/or submit recommendations to management for review.8. Coordinate and provide support to other marketing and communications programs as requested.9. Maintain the Marketing and Communications’ Division’s digital photography archives, including image acquisition, color requisition, keywording and other associated duties, using the Adobe CC Suite.10. Perform special projects and related duties within the designated timeframe as required.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation / Experience:Four (4) year college degree; five (5) years of related experience in digital communications/marketing, graphic and publication design, web design, writing; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which meets the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
