Job Summary:A Family Advisor at Park Lane Senior Living will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to increase occupancy, meet revenue goals, and enhance the reputation of our senior living community in Salt Lake City, Utah. This individual will serve as the driving force behind the success of the sales and marketing team, and will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including identifying target markets, defining marketing messages, and implementing tactics to achieve sales and occupancy goals- Create and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, referral sources, and local community organizations to effectively market our senior living community- Conduct tours of the community with potential residents and their families, highlighting key features and benefits- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed their goals- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and a high-quality resident experience- Gather and analyze market data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media presence- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the community and build relationships with potential residents and referral sources- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in senior living sales and marketing

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in senior living sales and/or marketing- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Knowledge of senior living industry and market trends- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for community events and networking opportunities
