Description

Location: This position can be located at a Seacoast Office within the company's Florida footprint. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office/2 days remote).As a Digital Designer at Seacoast Bank, you'll get to showcase your expertise in creating digital assets and developing landing pages for our multimedia and digital communication needs. You will be responsible for developing and deploying effective, aesthetic, on-brand creative for our website, email communications, social media campaigns, and banner ads.Essential Job Functions:Design and develop cutting-edge, responsive custom templates, modules, web and landing pages, digital graphics, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.Maintain best practices for email campaigns & landing pages and make recommendations for performance optimization.Maintain all aspects of web usability, SEO, content, user experience and design, while also working toward enhancing content and ensuring site optimization.Manage successful and accurate deployment of all assets, to ensure campaign performance and support A/B testing projectsManage to execution deadlines and maintenanceTroubleshoot and debug collaboratively to resolve coding and trafficking issuesTrack early post-launch campaign activities, and resolve delivery and any performance problems related to setupBe able to hand coding responsive HTML emails using HTML and CSS (standard and inline) if neededStudy design briefs and additional materials to determine project requirementsGather requirements, test deliverability, prepare and deploy campaignsOffer recommendations for best practices and efficiencies in each phase of our projects (strategy, UI/UX, design, and development)Utilize strong attention to detail to create quality code based on Seacoast Bank standards.Give realistic estimates of work and deliver on those timelines.Proactively identifies, troubleshoots, and addresses issues as they arise.Assists in project planningOrganize the digital ecosystem that houses our owned and purchased touchpointsMonitor ADA compliance and ensure digital designs are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.Monitor KPI metrics and report out on project successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree2+ years of web design and front-end web development, including debugging skills2+ year email deployment and coding experience2+ years graphic design experienceAdvanced experience working in HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript, JQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, API'sAdvanced experience with content management systems including Hubspot, Wordpress, or equivalent.Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop.Experience with marketing automation and email platformsKnowledge of email HTML code standards and ability to troubleshoot rendering issues in a wide array of configurationsFamiliar with A/B testing methodologyExceptional attention to detail; capable and confident problem-solving skillsProven ability to meet deadlines with effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiencyProficient with design software and technologies - Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, etc.Google Analytics, LuckyOrange/CrazyEgg, and SEMRush knowledge preferredKnowledgeable in modern web best practices, including responsive layouts and mobile-first web design, with a willingness to research and learn new practices.Knowledge of best practices email marketing - email distribution, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, performance metrics, CAN-SPAM laws, list segmentation, and database hygieneUnderstanding of ADA compliance requirements and testingAbility to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.Proven experience in a professional digital design role.A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.Self-starter with impeccable work ethic and accountability.

Working Conditions:Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.Travel to corporate office may be required. Up to 10% travel based on location.
