The Technical Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for our fintech products and services. This includes user manuals, product benefits, support documentation, API documentation, release notes, and other technical documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, understanding how to identify product benefits as it relates to specific industries and personas and a talent for making complex information easy to understand.Must Haves:1.

Technical Writing on product documentation (Preferably FinTech products)2.

Marketing Campaigns tailored to meet the needs of users.Ideal Candidate:Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for various products.Strong ability to clearly structure API documentation, organize, and keep your documentation up to date.Efficiently builds expert marketing campaigns about the market, product and the customer to equip others in the company with insights, messaging and collateral to attract and win customers.Job Requirements:Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for various products, including user guides, API documentation, onboarding materials, system operation guides and tutorials for new clients and developers.Develop clear and compelling product messaging that aligns with i-payout's vision of revolutionizing global payments. Ensure all product communications reflect our role as thought leaders in the fintech industry.Create authoritative, informative content including whitepapers, product sheets, case studies, and blog posts that articulate the benefits of i-payout's platform over traditional banking solutions.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand the functionality technical aspects of products.Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and user engagement, using analytics to measure and refine strategy and execution continuously.Create and update documentation to reflect new product features, enhancements, and changes.Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and aligned with company standards and branding. Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content.Develop diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance the understanding of technical information.Coordinate with marketing and support teams to ensure consistent messaging and information dissemination.Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage documentation repositories and ensure content is organized and accessible.Conduct user research to understand documentation needs and improve user experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the fintech or software industry.Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.Company Description:
