www.themoriahgroup.com.Position Summary:The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that support our mission and engage our audience. This role involves working to produce a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, social media graphics, event collateral, and more. The ideal candidate is a skilled designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for social causes.Key Responsibilities:Design and produce high-quality print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, annual reports, and event collateral.Develop visual concepts and campaigns that align with our brand and missionEnsure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.Work with external vendors and printers to produce printed materials, ensuring quality and accuracy.Assist with website design and updates as needed.Stay current with design trends and best practices to keep our materials fresh and engaging.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in technical writing, graphic design, journalism, public relations, communications, business, or marketing or equivalent work experience preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experienceProven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.Passion for the non-profit sector and a commitment to our mission.The Moriah Group is an equal-opportunity employer and highly values diversity.
