Global Business Marketing Communications Manager , where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our Point of Care Ultrasound brand worldwide.You'll craft compelling messaging and integrated marketing campaigns that resonate throughout the customer journey, collaborating closely with marketing, digital, and PR teams.As a seasoned professional with 5-10 years in Marketing Communications, including healthcare sector expertise, you'll drive strategic initiatives, manage global agency relationships, and optimize ROI through meticulous campaign measurement and continuous improvement.Bring your strategic acumen and creative flair to influence senior leaders and lead impactful global programs that define our market leadership.salary : $68 - $70 per hourshift : Firstwork hours : 8 AM - 5 PMeducation : BachelorsResponsibilitiesMarCom Managers are responsible for conveying our competitively differentiated value proposition in meaningful ways to key audiences, through compelling messaging, campaign content and sales enablement tools. The role partners closely with marketing, digital marketing, public relations and events colleagues.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand Point of Care Ultrasound marketing strategies and objectives; deliver on the established integrated marketing communications plan.Bring the positioning to life with sales tools and campaign content that supports the customer decision journey (as defined in partnership with marketing). This includes: strategy, planning, messaging development, managing creative and content development, and enabling execution (activation) across online and offline channelsProvide value and efficiencies for regions through centrally-developed content and campaigns for both new product introductions as well as sustaining programs as aligned/prioritized with businessesAgency management:o Support selection of the required agents and suppliers, negotiates prices (with global purchasing support as needed), provide an optimal briefing and clear guidance.o Manages relationships with global advertising and creative agency networks to unlock full potential, e.g. resourcing, ways of working and capabilities.Guard the brand , in close cooperation with marketing, brand and relevant colleagues in regions and other businessesMeasurement:o Understand and act on the main drivers for campaign effectiveness and ROI. Includes working with regions to understand KPIs and targets, tracking, optimization and post-campaign reporting.o Contributes to measuring and reporting on overall Marketing ROI effort.Continuous improvement:o Drive and share learnings across Business and regions, and replicate best practices.o When appropriate, amplify successful local programs, globalizing wherever there is opportunityBudget:

Manages assigned budget and ensures it is used in the most optimal way to meet objectivesSKILLSAbility to develop communications strategy and execute that strategy in the form of measurable, integrated promotional activities.Confidence and effectiveness in dealing with senior leaders on matters of strategy and communicationsAbility to foster collaboration with stakeholders of varying levelsStrong negotiation and presentation skills.Excellent writing skills and ability to be hands on in guiding, developing and editing compelling messaging to specific audiences and segments.Understanding of how to create and manage content and campaigns inclusive of both offline and online channelsAbility to work with little supervision and make decisions independently based on thorough understanding and analysis of business objectives.
