We are looking for a Marketing Director with a proven record of generating leads and building relationships in the community. We are looking for closers also, people that can turn the leads into move ins. If you have these talents, we would like to speak with you.
Duties:Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture at the community with positive influence and attitudeKnowledge of Senior Living industry and understand the difference of service levels (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation)Exceptional communication skillsSelf-starting, focused, goal orientedAbility to achieve and exceed census goalsGenerate leads, schedule and execute tours, manage customer relationship management (CRM) systemDevelop business development plan and integral referral relationships in the communityKnowledge of the competitors in the market and understanding points of difference of our communityRequirements:
