We are looking for talented engineers to join us in building the next-generation ad systems and products that will support our rapid and ambitious growth.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize core algorithms to generate relevant ads, driving the growth of a profitable ad ecosystem. This includes areas such as targeting, ranking, bidding and auctionWork closely with backend engineers to develop a

highly scalable ranking and delivery system, ensuring high performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product specialists and sales, building product solutions to solve advertisers’ pain points and meet their needs.RequirementsMinimum requirementsWork eligibility in the USBS degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Science (Physics or Mathematics), or other relevant majorsSolid programming skills, proficient in handling complex systemsProven experience in developing and optimizing large scale machine learning applicationsGood mathematical skills, particularly in statistics and mathematical optimizationStrong analytical thinkingProficiency in business-level EnglishNice to have experiences/skillsM.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant majorStrong domain knowledge about the digital ad ecosystem in at least one of the following areas: bidding/auction/measurement/conversion modeling, etc.Ability to drive cross-functional collaborations, and deliver business impactProven research experience, such as holding a PhD degree and having good publicationsBenefitsCompensation and BenefitsCompensation range: $150,000 to $230,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity401(k) with employer matchingUp to 100% medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your familyA benefits plan with monthly allowancesComplimentary lunch, snacks, and beverages in the office
