This role will support the various turnkey solutions Qcells USA offers, including PV & ESS project development, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), and module sales. The Marketing Manager will coordinate across the organization to build programs, content, and messages that provide a unique customer journey and help grow the Qcells business. This position reports to the Director of Marketing or another senior management personnel member that the President of the Company may designate. This position reports to the Irvine, CA office but will maintain a hybrid schedule of working out of their home office and the Irvine, CA office. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 30%.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIESBuild, manage, and optimize content across the audience journey from initial touchpoint to deal close to recurring deals;Develop visual and written content to grow the company’s footprint, including press releases, corporate announcements, digital space, social media, videos, graphics, banners, and creative content;Assist and coordinate campaigns and projects;Create, maintain, and update marketing materials, including sales materials, presentations, and digital marketing as needed;Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of multiple events taking place across the United States throughout the yearManage digital and print marketing collateral as well as website content;Assist in market research and creation of marketing plans and strategies;Collaborate with various utility-scale teams and departments to develop a deep, customer-focused understanding of their mindsets and behaviors, ensuring a unique journey at every touchpoint.Work collaboratively with marketing team members from affiliate entities to maintain brand essence in written, verbal, and design communications;Explore and learn the company's overall turnkey solution, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.Support the marketing initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketingManage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs and to ensure competitivenessRegular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this positionPerform other duties and special projects as assigned by ManagementREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of brand management, marketing communications, or related experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and Illustrator).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information.Experience in renewable energy, including understanding project development, EPC, and PV modules, is highly desirable.Critical and strategic thinking skills.Ability to project manage multiple efforts.Strong, self-motivated team player.Strong Microsoft Office skills.PHYSICAL DEMANDSStationary Position: frequently remains stationary up to 90% of the time and sitting up to 8 hours in a dayMove/Traverse: infrequently bend, stand, stoop and/or walkCarry Weight: infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 10 poundsHearing and Speech: frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsSight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, and office objects near and farClimb: occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to office upper and lower floorsTravel: up to 30% as neededWORK ENVIRONMENTRegular professional, office business settingNoise level ranges from low to moderate (if in office setting)Noise level ranges from moderate to high (if on construction worksite)SALARY RANGE FOR POSITION The anticipated starting pay range of this position, which is to be located in Irvine, CA is $125,000 - $145,000 base salary per year.

The above-listed salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. The salary range shared in the job description is for the listed position and only pertains to the candidate if they work in Irvine, CA. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, geographic location, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications. An additional discretionary bonus structure or incentives may be offered as part of the overall compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
