Job Description

The Marketing Services Enablement and Operations team member will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Client Marketing organization with the operations and go-to-market enablement tools for selling, executing, and implementing with excellence, all Client initiatives. This role will work with the different multifunctional teams supporting the Visa Marketing Services organization in the Caribbean and Central America and Mexico.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support the Marketing Services function by keeping Project Pipeline and Financials data accurate and complete.

Ensure compliance of marketing initiatives and adherence to Visa key controls and brand standards.

Project control and management of marketing engagements in the different stages of the evolution.

Identify key stakeholders and work to achieve project objectives. Create detail project schedule, critical and dependencies to comply with project timeline.

Manage project status report, issues, action items, risks, change log, internal and external dependencies.

Regularly monitor and report on project progress

Facilitate project status meetings, requirements and design discussions, and defect status reviews

Coordinate project estimating process, manage project budget, pipeline, forecast, contracts, planned vs. actual

Lead the support to the LAC marketing teams with the sell-in-tools, platforms, trainings, and other marketing services to grow Visa’s business.

Be the key liaison with key multifunctional partners including Finance, Controllership to provide continuous guideline and direction to the function.

Support the markets in the execution of the Visa Marketing Services Model, including existing and new clients and/or contracts/RFPs.

Partner with regional marketing teams to advance key initiatives, facilitating communications across teams, share best practices, and advance key global initiatives.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
