ROLE OVERVIEWAs a key member of the marketing team at COMPANY, the Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with the marketing firm and cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with the marketing firm in developing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, sales materials, andpromotional assets to support sales efforts and customer engagement.Assist in managing and enhancing the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency andalignment across all marketing communications and touchpoints.Support brand-building initiatives, including advertising, public relations, and sponsorships, to increase brand visibility

and awareness.Support digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising, to drive website traffic and lead generation.Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure performance, identify areas forimprovement, and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and videos, to educate and engage target audiences and drive conversions.Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies to attract and convert qualifiedleads into customers, supporting sales efforts and pipeline growth.Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and providesupport throughout the customer acquisition process.

REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, emailmarketing, and content marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and business impact.
