1-3 years of experience in email marketingProficiency in email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant ContactStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-makingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative mindset and ability to think outside the boxStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
