Marketing Product Manager needed for Remote Contract Opportunity with Randstad Digital's client in Redmond, WA.
Our clients game captivates millions of players worldwide, offering a canvas to shape their world, their way. Their marketing team operates across Global locations, crafting world-class strategies to enhance player experiences. The post-sale monetization marketing team focuses on driving awareness and engagement to the experiences they have for players outside of the core game experiences.
They are on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to champion their burgeoning online experiences that power their post-sale monetization offerings including:
Their personal server subscription, enabling up to 10 friends to engage asynchronously across platforms in a persistent world.
Their fresh content-driven subscription, providing players with a monthly updated catalog of add-ons, worlds, skin packs, and more to discover.
Multiplayer & Servers: Pioneering the next chapter for the game, they are scaling their multiplayer and online experiences to rival competitor offerings in this space.
You will work with disciplines across the organization to define strategy, develop go-to-market plans, and execute best-in-class campaigns across multiple channels. You will have a direct impact on the growth of our subscription and services businesses. This is a great opportunity to enter a role that can have an immediate, direct, visible and revenue impact on the business.
Requires:
2+ years Marketing experience.
Experience managing go-to-market campaigns from inception to execution.
Experience working with product stakeholders and managing relationships across teams.
Experience working with a variety of marketing channel teams to execute unified campaigns.
Using data to make key decisions
Influencing engineering on product features
Resiliency and adaptation working in a fluid, agile marketing and agile studio team

responsibilities:
Responsible for product branding, positioning and overall marketing plan
Work closely with a cross functional team, including partnering with engineering leads, data science, creative teams, and marketing leads, to create, own and execute the product go-to-market plans for key marketplace content updates and subscription services. Includes outlining KPIs, defining innovative ways to continually drive player acquisition / reengagement, and identify opportunities to drive marketplace conversion.
Create, manage and implement the marketing of subscription monthly service updates for our subscription services, to help drive acquisition, engagement and retention of subscribers.
Partner with the Business Owner, to identify and then execute how Marketing can assist with activities and features that reduce churn and increase subscriber engagement with the service.
Partner with the Player Lifecycle Management team to develop in-game messages that help players to retain and engage with our subscription services and online experiences.
Manage relationships with our mobile and console platform partners to unlock promotional opportunities and work with PMM colleagues to ensure key beats are prioritized.
Author brand briefs and provide consumer, category, and brand direction to the studio, marketing, and community teams to maintain 360-degree marketing consistency across all games, platforms and channels.
Main marketing areas include digital owned channels, website, digital advertising, in-game, offline activities, such as partner/creator outreach, retail, lifecycle capabilities and event strategies.
Coordinate with the community and Editorial team to influence Community/Editorial engagement strategy and schedule for subscriptions and multiplayer experiences.
Engage with Community team to define the editorial strategy for the Marketplace Twitter account, influencing the editorial calendar and helping define post cadence and content.
Define an experimental approach to test, learn, measure, and iterate on campaign effectiveness, and drive key campaign KPIs.
Regularly present and report to team managers, stakeholders, and leadership, on marketing strategies, plans and findings.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
Provide feedback on Market Research as necessary.
