Senior Manager, Strategic Marketing (B2B)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager, Strategic Marketing (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth, and also building Rubrik’s awareness in target Security and Executive Communities.

This role will require a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing, capable of working across digital, field, and community channels. The Sr. Manager will manage 1-3 people and collaborate closely with various departments to develop and implement scalable marketing programs that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Execution:

Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's strategic goals.

Utilize Field driven and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive lead generation and conversion.

Ensure all campaigns are consistent with brand messaging and positioning.

Cross-Channel Marketing:

Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies across digital, field, and community channels.

Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.

Coordinate and oversee field marketing activities, including events, trade shows, and webinars.

Awareness and Community Marketing

Develop a strong sense of Security and Executive personas.

Create compelling programs for engaging Security and Executive personas that involve a mix of digital, Field and high touch activities.

Communicate in an engaging yet professional tone with these audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing materials.

Partner with analytics and insights teams to measure and report on campaign performance.

Scalable Marketing Programs:

Identify and implement scalable marketing programs that drive business growth.

Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to enhance lead nurturing and customer retention.

Continuously evaluate and refine marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Leadership and Mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members.

Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategic marketing and campaign management.

1+ years of experience in a management role.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital, field, and community channels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US Pay Range

$159,900—$239,900 USD
