Tasks and Responsibilities
Oversee the design and delivery of UI component librariesAssist with user research, interviews, surveys and usability studies, translating findings into wireframes and prototypes.SkillsIndustry tools: Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, InVision, etcExperience designing for macOS and iOS apps, and also web based apps Usability testingExperience with design systems and deliverables handoff with developers Interaction design/UI designGood communications and presentations skills Experience in instructional design (nice to have)Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypesAbility to lead and direct design thinking for UI component librariesExpert knowledge of UI design principles and techniquesWorking knowledge of responsive design and grid principlesStrong typography, layout and visual design skillsStrong team management skills and Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform with minimal supervisionScopeUX design and research for enhancements to enterprise tools.RoleUX designer with ability to tap into research, visual and interaction designs skills.Pay Range: $65-90The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions.
