External USJob Title: Product Marketing Manager, DR (X-Ray)Job purposeThis position is intended to maximize product potential through promotional materials content planning, and development, while providing Sales personnel education and support. Provides input to product development activities sourced from personal innovation and experience, interaction with sales personnel and customers. Provides perspective in support of Strategic Positioning decision making for

digital radiography

products in general. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work cross- functionally within the organization and effectively with external stakeholders (e.g., Key Opinion Leaders) to execute company initiatives and manage all aspects of

digital radiography

product marketing. The incumbent must also be capable of contributing to the evolution of the organization as new protocols and business methods gain adoption. Work with a sense of urgency, self-reliance with strong communication skills, and always maintain focus on the changing priorities of Modality Solutions.Duties and responsibilitiesProduct Promotion - working with Downstream Marketing, provide strategy, content, design input and execution on:

Marketing/Promotion Plans.

Creation of Brochures.

Press releases.

Product Presentation preparation.

Tradeshow/meeting speaking duties, attendance, and reporting.

RSNA projects leadership.

Product presentation media for tradeshows.

Sales Education/Support

Continuous competitive analysis and reporting to management and sales team.

Continuous technology monitoring and reporting to management and sales team.

Develops sales tools with timely and regular releases.

Sales training course development, delivery.

In-house demo coordination.

Telephone based support.

Sales intelligence projects (lost orders, etc.).

Maintain sales quotation language.

On-site sales support - presentations.

Customer satisfaction monitoring

Direct Customer Interaction.

Sales interaction.

Identification and support of luminary sites as KOLs, image resource and Reference.

Strategic Positioning decision support

Market data analysis support.

Continuous competitive analysis.

Continuous technology monitoring and reporting.

Product Development support.

Market data analysis support.

Continuous competitive analysis.

Continuous technology monitoring.

Provide product development recommendations.

Support preparation of Marketing Requirement Documents.

Sales intelligence projects (lost orders, etc.).

Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.QualificationsDegree in a Medical Imaging, Engineering or Science discipline. MBA preferred.

Minimum 5 years' work experience in a product management/marketing capacity (associate product manager, product manager, senior product manager, product/technical director, etc.).

X-Ray experience in product management or development is required.

Clinical Experience as a X-Ray Technologist is required.

Highly focused and results-oriented; able to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment, self-starter who can motivate others.

Possess exceptional communication/interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret essential job-related documents.

Ability to present and speak effectively and professionally to all internal and external customers.

Ability to calculate, balance, analyzes sales and marketing data, prepare detailed reports and report data.

Demonstrable High-Level Communication Skills. Must be a dynamic speaker - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative, formal or informal situations; Comfortable with broad range of audience profiles and sizes; Listens and gains clarification; Responds well to questions.
