Essential Job Functions

Oversees and develops marketing content and campaigns for a variety of department programs to different audiences, while maintaining a consistent messageLeads and manages all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and efforts for the departmentDevelops, manages, and measures results for annual marketing plans to include achievement of sales goals for meal plans, retail, residential experiences and cateringActs as a primary liaison and builds relationships with other university departments to enhance services provided by the departmentDevelops, leverages and researches marketing platforms that may be used to promote services offered to customersOversees, evaluates, reviews and reports on all marketing activities and results and makes recommendations to support future department marketing effortsMaintains JWU standards in print and online formats and educates the university on its continuing useMaintains customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns relating to food safety and foodborne illnesses, as neededMonitors the departmental budgetSupervises and manages student employees, as necessary, to enhance their academic and professional developmentPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degreeModerate amount of experience working in food service marketing or other related experienceAbility to work evenings and weekends
