who is passionate about bringing clarity to complex concepts through innovative design. This person will support the world's leading membership and leisure travel company, along with other travel brands within our multi-billion dollar global portfolio.The
Senior
Digital Designer
will be responsible for developing responsive and highly dynamic email campaigns ready for Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role requires proven design experience with UX & UI frameworks and other visual implementations within the digital space. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and can effectively handle multiple priority tasks. Additionally, the position demands the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into easy-to-understand digital campaigns that inspire travel experiences.How You'll Shine:
Develop design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
Convert provided assets (PSD/HTML/Images) into fully responsive emails and digital ads.
Develop email design best practices and communicate them to key stakeholders.
Understand industry best practices related to email development and deployment.
Develop responsive emails using HTML, CSS and media queries.
Porotype, test and design using UX & UI frameworks like Figma.
Responsive/adaptive email experience. Portfolio examples required.
Work with Leads to implement best practices and department processes.
Comfortably handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the process and the business.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience in advertising, design or related function
Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus
Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences
Able to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects, while maintaining focus on detail and quality.
Expert knowledge of rendering best practices across email clients and devices. (LITMUS)
Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as: Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Figma.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple and sometimes competing projects.
Flexible, ability to adapt to change quickly.
Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customers and to establish successful working relationships. Demonstrated integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to challenges.
Resourceful, proactive and intellectually curious.
Committed to understand company goals, marketing performance goals and team efforts to strive for excellence.
Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience with Mail Marketing Platforms (LITMUS)
