Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required for two weeks during the year for Truveta Planning Weeks.

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.

Our marketing team is looking for a senior and strategic Vice President of product marketing and partner programs to drive product marketing, pricing and packaging, strategic partner programs, and go-to-market strategy to enable high growth and scale, while building a team of high performing product marketers. This role will focus on value proposition creation, positioning, messaging, competitive and market intelligence, segmentation, and leading other product marketing activities for Truveta. This role will be responsible for leading pricing and packaging to maximize growth, maximizing win/loss recommendations, and delivering sales playbooks, with scalability in mind for a growing sales team. This role will also create and manage a strategic partner program for analytic services to accelerate and scale growth for Truveta Data.

The best person for this role has deep understanding of life sciences and Saas / technology domains; has proven capability in commercially focused GTM motions focused on pipeline velocity and win rates, strategic messaging development, sales enablement, partner program creation and is energized by working in a dynamic, high growth environment.

Experience in a fast-paced, B2B company in the life sciences domain is a must! RWD experience is highly preferred.

This Opportunity

The vice president of product marketing will partner closely with several teams within Truveta including partner (sales), product, clinical informatics, communications, and marketing to help achieve our growth ambitions. Efforts will focus on developing and honing clear differentiation against competition, use cases, and value propositions that strongly resonate with pharmaceutical, medical device, government, and academic research organizations.

Responsibilities include:Develop value proposition for Truveta products and services, connecting with distinct audiences and establishing compelling competitive differentiationDevelop and execute product positioning and go-to-market strategies for new offerings and product featuresDevelop deep understanding of the market, competition, and ecosystem to inform the company's efforts and make key contributions to business strategyOwn an effective and compelling sales enablement program for our partner team across segments, including creation of critical enablement assets (i.e. pitch decks, FAQs, objection handling, one-pagers etc.) and sales training programsDrive a programmatic pricing and packaging approach with regular cadence of pricing updates / refreshes based on feedback and operationalizing with related assets for partner teamPlay a key leadership role in managing the product lifecycle including launches and extensionsCommunicate expectations, plans, and results with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders with confidence and clarityBuild a world class product marketing teamLead a team to create compelling content for marketing campaigns, sales, and industry events that differentiates our products in the marketKey Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the product marketing discipline, with a background in life sciences and technology, ideally focused on SaaS / subscription businesses with recurring revenueStrong problem-structuring and analytical skills, with deep understanding of life sciences market conditions, customer needs and competitive offerings desiredDeep experience in creating world-class positioning and messaging frameworks, mapped to business goalsExperience creating packaging and pricing strategies and playbooksExperience creating and executing partner programsExcellent team builder and enthusiastic leader of a growing team focused on impact to drive business goalsAbility to lead cross-functional teams with excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills requiredAbility to influence and be a team player that rolls up your sleevesMust embrace and respect the critical nature of protecting the Truveta brandStrong communicator, creative thinker, and nimble executorGreat collaborator and ability to adopt new technologies quickly*Be prepared to share examples of your work, along with a resume.

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
