Responsibilities:

Reviews and develops a thorough understanding of all current grant contracts and programs.Manages Grants Dashboard and all application, deliverable, and reporting deadlines and communicates timelines to implementation teams and Grants Committee. Gathers information and updates from implementation teams and writes reports for all grant programs.Manages Grants Dashboard and all application, deliverable, and reporting deadlines and communicates timelines to implementation teams and Grants Committee. Gathers information and updates from implementation teams and writes reports for all grant programs.Writes clear and persuasive LOIs, grant narratives, needs assessments, and reports for federal, state, and foundation funding partners.Collaborate with department leaders to obtain and assemble all application requirements, including budgets, staffing allocations, outcomes data, and financial forms.Collaborates with project managers to create implementation plans for all upcoming grants.Clearly communicates grant deadlines and requirements to implementation team and holds implementation team accountable to deadlines and deliverables.Meets regularly with Vice President of Finance/Director of Finance to track grant dollars received, used, and pending. Creates detailed monthly report on grant funding and utilization for President & Grants Committee.Contributes relevant grants and needs assessment information for Certificates of Need, HRSA Site VisitsOther duties as assignedRequirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s in Public Health or other similar focus preferred with health care experience.At least three to five years of health care related grant writing and development experience.Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. A second language of Spanish preferred.

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year (based on a full-time, 40 hour work week)

Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components
