The vision of the Integrated Marketing & AMS marketing team is to create a global brand that amplifies our mission and establishes TikTok as a loved and trusted brand across the world and to drive execution in NA and LATAM. Our work sets the global industry standard by defining what is possible and best in class action on our platform and setting the framework for global campaigns and programs.AMS is our lead market and sets the tone for many global initiatives across PMM, Content, Corporate marketing, so creativity, a facility with data and research, a deep understanding of AMS markets, and yet a global mindset is essential.

Responsibilities:- Build a comprehensive global marketing media strategy across TikTok the brand, the product and the company, to deliver impactful uses of paid, organic and owned media that impact perception, drive growth and establish a voice for TikTok as a brand globally.- Build, scale and lead a team to shape media strategy, planning, and buying and establish innovation in our global campaign approaches. Leverage our media partners to help scale and accelerate business metrics.- Work collaborative with the Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, UG teams and regions to build a cohesive global media strategy including rolling out of best practices, new processes and new learning and scaled programs.- Build a reputation for TT social, media and owned channels to be best in class and recognized globally- Improve brand, engagement and content marketing capabilities via data and insights driven media strategies and plans, in close partnership with Marketing Insights & Analytics team and local Marketing teams- Be the subject matter expertise and act as thought leader internally within media strategy, panning, channels and tools across key marketing goals, campaigns performance indicators and evaluative techniques

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above- 5+ years experience in a marketing or consulting role in fast-paced tech, entertainment companies or big consulting firms/agencies- Experience in media, media strategy role, ideally in the consumer tech industry or media agency- Experience presenting information to and developing relationships with executives and cross-functional colleagues- A proven track record as a strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, data usage, and appropriate urgency

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience bringing together cross-functional teams to collaborate and deliver timely output; strong relationship builder with the ability to execute on and deliver complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders- Ability to set goals and prioritize many initiatives and opportunities with minimal guidance- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, present key findings, and apply findings to future programs throughout the region- Structured planner with excellent communication skills and a passion for leading matrixed teams to develop inspiring marketing plans, develop new skillsets and processes- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with peers, leadership and cross-functional teams
