OverviewIntuit Consumer Group’s CRM Marketing team is looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to execute campaigns through email and push in support of TurboTax. This is a FT role reporting to . Marketing Manager of Post Auth Strategy + ActivationWhat you'll bring+ 5-7 years' experience managing complex retention marketing campaigns across email and mobile channels+ Experience with creating and executing multi-variate CRM test plans+ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is agile to changing priorities+ Self-starter and problem solver especially in the face of ambiguity+ Ability to prioritize work with guidance from manager+ Keen understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs and enabling campaign orchestration and personalization+ Ability to analyze and interpret email and push data to report on campaign performance, insights and optimizations+ Superior organizational, project management and communication skills -- this role requires hands-on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure, across multiple teams and stakeholders+ Team player and collaborator with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindsetHow you will lead+ Deliver flawless go-to-market execution across all CRM communications+ Create and articulate compelling and impactful creative briefs to our creative agencies+ Responsible and accountable for ensuring that compelling story-telling, relevant content and best-in-class creative are present throughout CRM communications+ Articulate complex campaign and test requirements, closely partnering with CRM data, operations, and analytic teams to ensure proper implementation and on-time delivery+ Report out campaign performance to CRM team and business stakeholders+ Execute E2E CRM lifecycle plans that will support new business initiatives and their goals+ Work with CRM Strategy in the creation of multivariate CRM test plans developing clear hypothesis, KPIs and measurement guidanceEOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
