Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a tenacious, organized, digitally-savvy, and detail-oriented individual for the role of Studio Manager, now officially named Creative Manager. This role supports the operations and teams at one of our largest global retail clients in the PNW.The successful candidate will join our clients pillars of 3D Product Creation and VR Experiences. This Design Studio delivers inspiring storytelling content and experiences to our customers and consumers around the world. This studio is also a creative function within Consumer Direct Studio and requires this person to lead a team, the operations, the production of multiple cutting-edge projects to serve our Geography partners in support of the go-to-consumer process. This person is the fundamental support structure for our creative work, helping to maintain our culture, run operations, manage a small team of contractors, facilitate connections across our organization and company, and drive process excellence.This role will be focused on driving the 3D content creation process and delivering seamless VR/AR experiences. The candidate needs to be a skilled communicator -- simplifying and relaying technical and production design language, eager problem solver and consistent strategic thinker. Most importantly, they need to be deeply passionate about 3D and has a record of working within the creative industry. You must be a proactive and organized go-getter who's not afraid to collaborate and work independently. You know how to dig in even amid ambiguity. You are curious, empathetic, and give and/or feed off good energy KeyResponsibilities:Work in conjunction with the Program Manager, Studio Director, and Design Team to contribute to long-term planning and process improvements to support Global, Geography partner, and Brand goals.Manage all aspects of assigned retail projects and related production processes to effectively execute on timelines, goals, and budgets.Drive project schedules and communications, meeting cadence, execution of deliverables, and in-store installations. Maintain strong communication, both written and verbal, internally and externally.Collaborate with the design and operations teams, architects, agencies, contractors, and fabricators to ensure designs are executed to specification and quality standards.Facilitate sampling and prototyping, identify and address key issues and challenges in the printing, construction/manufacturing, and testing of designs.Be accountable for organizing, recording, and maintaining all project-specific development/production documentation and specifications for integration into retail standards. Leverage best practices and tools while improving on them.Foster teamwork and build consensus among the design team, partner teams, and vendors.
