Who We Are ...SourceAmerica is searching for a

Manager, Marketing and Client Services to join its team, focused on strategic marketing program and client services position located in the SourceAmerica National Office in Vienna, VA. Working in a fast-paced collaborative environment. The Manager, Marketing and Client Services is responsible for leading a team of marketing communications managers in the development and implementation of marketing programs and initiatives. The Manager will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization and is responsible for overseeing, developing, and executing measurable marketing strategies that are aligned with overall business and program objectives. This role will supervise department cross-functional programs and ensure the day-to-day workflow of initiatives is met. The position requires someone who is highly flexible and adaptable to changing business and client needs. A creative and innovative thinker who has a strategic mindset but enjoys execution. Manager, Marketing and Client Services , your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.Supervises a small team of marketing communication managers, ensuring all programs meet department KPIs, timelines, and budget requirements.Manages employee performance, assisting with conflict resolution, problem-solving, and helping team members grow professionallySupervises creative development and production of email campaigns, print, video, and web.Proficient at translating client goals and objectives into strategies that meet the organization's KPIs, timelines, and budget requirementsOther responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.

Salary RangeThe salary for this position falls in a range between $78,827 - $118,195 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.What We Are Looking For ...Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.5 years experience background in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.2+ years' experience managing and mentoring a team.

Preferred QualificationsMasters Degree or MBA in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.3+ years' experience managing and mentoring a team. Advertising agencies experience preferred.Adept at managing employee performance.Proactive self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Good judgment and decision-making skills for managing employees and projects day-to-day.Works well under deadline pressure with exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.Able to manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously.Ability to combine and balance strategic thinking with tactical functions.Excellent writing and editing skills.Sound working knowledge and proficiency in the areas of branding, video, print, web, and email.Working knowledge of marketing automation, project management, and CRM tools.Team player.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes- experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.

Work EnvironmentOur organization offers both a hybrid work model-where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek-as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements.
